Team River brings together fresh food products with partners from Hong Kong and around the world, flowing with a unified mission of sustainability as one.
OUR STORY
We began in 2010 as one of just three pioneering organic gem fish farms in Hong Kong and were the first aquaculture farm in the region with the organic shrimp certification from Hong Kong Organic Resource Centre.
Over the years, our humble farm grew into a trusted avenue for world-class fresh ingredients. Taking our business online meant our quality fresh produce and seafood were available in the click of a button, which made us a crucial part of many households during the pandemic and helped drive our mission further.
Today, we bring together sustainable food brands and products from Hong Kong and around the globe, including Loch Duart Scottish Salmon, and Scottish king scallops, ISO- and Halal-certified products from Thailand, Lerøy fish products from Norway, and domestic fresh food brands, all with safety, quality, and sustainability in mind.

創辦人簡介 Founder's Profile
余嘉灝(Calvin Yu)畢業於加拿大英屬哥倫比亞大學(UBC),主修農業經濟。畢業後,他於多家國際企業(包括雀巢公司及漢莎天廚)從事與食品相關的工作,範疇涵蓋食品生產、品質保證及精益管理等,累積了豐富的業界經驗。
在香港,余先生一直營運有機魚場及農場,並曾參與制定香港首份有機水產養殖標準,對本地可持續漁農業發展貢獻良多。
2019年,他進一步優化滙河有限公司的業務模式,除了向零售客戶提供優質的魚、肉、菜及水果外,亦拓展至海鮮活產品的進口批發業務,並引入全國特色水果到香港批發市場。2025年,他更帶領公司成功將蘇格蘭三文魚打入中國內地及澳門市場,標誌著業務邁向國際化的重要里程碑。
余先生現時擔任多項公職及教學職務,包括:
· 香港政府漁農業諮詢委員會成員(漁業小組、品牌小組)
· 香港政府漁業持續發展基金委員會成員
· 魚類統營處顧問委員會成員
· 香港新界養魚業協進會執委
· VTC 兼任講師
Mr. Calvin Yu graduated from the University of British Columbia (UBC), Canada, majoring in Agricultural Economics. After graduation, he worked in various international corporations (including Nestlé and LSG Sky Chefs) in food-related roles, covering areas such as food production, quality assurance, and lean management, accumulating extensive industry experience.
In Hong Kong, Mr. Yu has been operating organic fish farms and farms, and participated in the development of Hong Kong's first organic aquaculture standard, contributing significantly to the development of local sustainable agriculture and fisheries.
In 2019, he further optimised the business model of Team River Corporation Limited. In addition to supplying high-quality fish, meat, vegetables, and fruit to retail customers, he also expanded into the import and wholesale business of live seafood and began introducing specialty fruits from across Mainland China to the Hong Kong wholesale market. In 2025, he led the company in successfully introducing Scottish salmon to the Mainland China and Macau markets, marking a significant milestone in the company's international expansion.
Mr. Yu currently holds the following public offices and teaching positions:
